The following links take you to the 3 Orthodox jurisdiction in North America who have and who continue to violate the canons. They act like it is alright for them to ignore the canons but they continue to attack the First canonically established American Church with their lies, false information that even on their website goes around in a circle showing it cannot be factual.

One jurisdiction allowed a priest to remarry and remain a priest which violates the canons. Their Patriarch is said to have allowed this!

Archbishop Alexander of the Greek Archdiocese, when they were first getting established, in 1929 falsely claimed that he, and not Abp. Ofiesh and this Church, were over all Orthodox in America.

a. There is no canonical authority for such a claim. This act has been declared the start of the Schism in American Orthodoxy.

b. They still try, from time to time. to claim or act like they are over all Orthodox... but they are not. They are only over their jurisdiction.

It should also be noted that in the 1932 Newspaper article about our Synod it also states that we are the only church in our rightful jurisdiction.

Please note that all the canonical violations have been presented to the Holy Synod of the Ecumenical Patriarchate. They are now in a position where they either act to correct irresponsible acts that violate the canons and resolve our status or allow the schism to continue and by failing or refusing to stop the violations of the canons they then make themselves party to the violations and the punishments.
